About the Team
You will join the Sales team, known as the growth engine of the blackbear. Currently the largest team with 15+ passionate professionals, we fuel the pace of our company's growth. Within Sales we have two disciplines. The Sales Development team hunts new opportunities by finding and connecting with qualified leads. The Account Executive team brings in the revenue by closing the deals from their opportunity pipeline. We are a fast paced people centric team where we praise our top performers, but stay aware of our strength working together as an ambitious team.
What you will do
As our Account Executive Team Lead you are responsible for bringing in new license revenue through new clients. The focus is getting to know potential clients, conducting sales conversations with leads and expanding our customer base efficiently. As the Team Lead you manage, lead and motivate the team to achieve the commercial goals. We expect you to lead by example in which you put your feet operationally in the mud to get things done while managing the team as a true leader, day-in-day-out.
In this role you will report directly to Joep Wittebrood, Co-founder, and are quota caring. You have a proven track record for achieving quotas and you are looking for the next step in your career:
More specifically, you will:
Ensure that our team is reaching the team target;
Develop a strong pipeline to process organic leads;
Actively build profitable partnerships and business opportunities;
Manage and accurately forecast a predictable pipeline of business across multiple sales stages using Hubspot as the primary CRM;
Be involved in tactical planning and decision making;
Forecast and report commercial results to the Leadership team;
Meet/exceed quarterly revenue targets by effectively selling with your team;
Collaborate with our sales development and marketing teams to generate growth;
Train, coach and instruct the team to their full potential to become excellent;
Expand the team and ensure a smooth onboarding of new team members.
What you will bring
Aside from bringing the blackbear mindset, we would love to see the following skills and knowledge to strengthen our pack:
5+ years of sales experience in SaaS B2B or Marketplace environment;
Scaleup experience is a big plus;
Full understanding of what's required to engineer deals with demonstrable experience in navigating full sales cycles from prospecting to closing;
Native Dutch with business proficiency in English;
Affinity with outsourcing, secondment or consultancy;
Top-notch presentation and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships;
Competitive, with a drive to grow your market whilst upholding a high level of integrity;
You are a team player with the ability to mentor and motivate others to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
What’s in it for you?
A monthly base-salary that is varying between € 3.500 - €4.500 depending on a combination of factors like relevant experience, proven track record and seniority. This base has the opportunity to be extended to a complete OTE with a variable salary.
